So it seems like there’s some unresolved family issues happening here if Mario and Bowser Jr. is accompanying Mario throughout and can do things our hero can’t. The multiplayer element appears to be MIA in Bowser’s Fury, but cooperation still seems to be a pillar, as Bowser Jr.
Not something on the scale of Cyberpunk 2077, but Mario is definitely running around a more open space than in the base Super Mario 3D World, which had a lot of crafted levels made for cooperative play.
Well today, the company released a new trailer showcasing what exactly this pack-in is, and there’s a whole lot to unpack here.įirst, it looks like there’s a kind of open world structure here. Back in September, Nintendo announced previous Wii U exclusive Super Mario 3D World would be coming to Switch, and it would also feature an add-on of some kind called Bowser’s Fury.
